What is a sugar body scrub and how do I use it?
A sugar body scrub is an exfoliating product made with sugar granules to gently slough off dead skin cells, revealing the fresher, smoother skin underneath. It also contains oils to hydrate the skin by providing essential fatty acids that lock in moisture and create a barrier on the skin's surface. Apply a generous amount to damp skin, massage in circular motions, and rinse thoroughly with warm water. For best results, use 2-3 times a week.
What are the benefits of using a sugar body scrub?
Our scrubs promote cell turnover, which encourages the growth of new, healthy cells leading to smoother, more radiant skin. What’s the best way to enjoy my candle?
Soy wax should achieve a full melt pool on its very first burn. This means the pool of liquid wax should reach the edges of the container. If the candle is extinguished prior to achieving a full melt pool, all subsequent melt pools will not go past the first one. To create a full melt pool, burn your candle for a minimum of one hour for every inch of its diameter. All future burns should follow the first one’s path and melt fully to the sides. Do not burn longer than four hours at a time.
How do I burn my candle safely?
Always burn your candle within sight, keeping it away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Never use a burning candle as a nightlight, and be sure the candle is placed on a heat resistant surface. Extinguish if the flame gets too close to the bottom or sides of the container.
How long do soy candles last?
Soy candles generally burn longer than paraffin candles. The exact burn time depends on the size and type of the candle, but they often last 30-50% longer.
How do I use the soap saver bags?
These all natural sisal soap saver bags are great for storing soaps and soap scraps. The soap bag can be used as a washcloth and is wonderful for cleansing and exfoliating skin the natural way.
How are the shower steamers and bath bombs used?
For the steamers, remove from packaging and place out of the direct stream of water but where it can occasionally get wet. It can also be placed on a shower shelf. For the bath bombs, drop them into warm bath water, watch fizz, and enjoy.

Our soy wax candles are hand-poured in the USA with all natural wax from American-grown soybeans. The wicks are 100% cotton (lead and zinc free). The candles contain premium fragrance oils and are carcinogen and phthalate free.
Are your loofah sponges eco-friendly?
Our loofahs are plastic-free and vegan. They are also biodegradable and eco-friendly. They can be used for the body as well as any household cleaning needs.
Do your products contain any artificial fragrances or colors?
No, our products are free from artificial fragrances and colors. We use only natural ingredients to provide a pleasant scent and effective results.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, we are committed to cruelty-free practices and do not test our products on animals.
Is goat's milk soap environmentally friendly?

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped shortly thereafter via your choice of shipping method: USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary based on your location in the United States. Local pick-up is also available.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a 30-day return policy on unused items only. Customers will have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right. How should I store my sugar body scrub?

What should I do if my sugar scrub hardens?
If your scrub hardens, simply stir it with a spoon or warm it slightly by placing the container in warm water for a few minutes.
How should I store my goat's milk soap?
To extend the life of your goat's milk soap, store it in a cool, dry place and allow the bar to dry completely between uses. Using a soap dish with good drainage can help keep the soap dry.
How should I store my soy wax candle?
Store your soy candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not store soy candles in freezing temperatures as this can cause the wax to crack or become brittle.
How should I care for my soy candle to get the best burn?
