Refund policy

Returns
Given the handmade nature of our products, we have a 30-day return policy on unused items only.  Customers will have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.  It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Damages / Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will make it right.

 

Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
